Solution Manager
INDG is working for Enterprise clients, which means that solutions and sales cycles are complex and increase in duration. Our Solution Managers are our spiders in the web that have both an excellent feel for the technical requirements and the commercial steps in the process to get to an ultimate customer experience. The role is challenging and we are looking for professionals ready for it!
Responsibilities
- You act as an in-house consultant and sparring partner to sales. You have an excellent knowledge of our products and have the ability to convert these to customer?s benefits and solutions.
- You will work largely independently though stay in close contact with the different departments like Sales & Marketing, Design, Development, Studio and Project Management.
- Analyze customer technical and commercial requirements, including marketing solutions that enhance the client?s ability to excel in the digital media world and ultimately create excellent online conversion.
- Contributing to and managing bids (RFIs/RFPs), designing and presenting solutions as part of the Sales process, focusing on creation of repeatable material, costing?s and demonstrations wherever feasible.
- Reporting directly to the Business Development Director
Requirements:
- Master degree
- Proven experience of working as a IT pre-sales or solution consultant in an international environment, working with Enterprise customers
- You have up to par IT knowledge and ability to work with all MS presentation tools
- Excellent communication, presentation and client facing skills
- Creative, committed and inspirational to work with
- You know how to create a healthy balance between the optimization of your own individual productivity with that of the team as a whole
- You are flexible and appreciate the value of design
- Fluent in English and German as a plus
- Professional, ambitious, opinionated and dedicated
- You are able to work independently and have a pro active attitude
- You are eligible to work in the EU
