Senior Project Manager

Our projects combine technology and creativity and go alongside complex processes. To reach the desired outcome it is essential to fully understand the content of our projects so therefore a background in a software development or online environment is a must. As Senior Project Manager you are responsible for a structured approach of the project itself and you will ensure a well-scheduled project planning. Managing expectations and providing a clear communication to the project stakeholders are obviously part of your daily tasks. We are explicitly looking for someone who knows his way around in the world of online media since all our projects are web-based.

Responsibilities:

• Simultaneously manage multiple complex, online projects from kick-off to delivery
• You will lead projects in a structured way and will ensure a healthy balance between client-wishes and company interests
• Your internal and external communication will be open and professional
• You will ensure your project stakeholders will be up to date of the current status of the project and will always work towards a timely delivery
• By taking full ownership of your projects, your project team is at any stage up to date of the full scope of the projects and the tasks and milestones assigned


Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in an online or digital environment.
• Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills
• You are resilient, flexible and stress-resistant
• You are able to work independently and have a pro active attitude
• Methodological knowledge (Prince II or a related working method)
• Highly structured way of working and documenting
• Professional, ambitious and dedicated
